NHTSA Announces Public Workshop on Voluntary Safety Self-Assessments for Automated Driving Systems
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is hosting a public workshop to support entities involved in testing and deploying automated driving systems on public roads in making their voluntary safety self-assessments publicly available, following the publication of its guidance document "Automated Driving Systems 2.0: A Vision for Safety" in 2017.
