NCUA Proposes Changes to Federal Credit Union Bylaws

The NCUA Board is seeking public input on proposed changes to the standard Federal Credit Union (FCU) bylaws, aiming to improve operational flexibility and reduce regulatory compliance burdens. The proposed changes will affect FCUs that had not adopted bylaws as of November 30, 2007.
