NCUA Seeks Comment on Proposed Rule to Delay Risk-Based Capital Rule

The NCUA Board is seeking public comment on a proposed rule that would delay the effective date of its 2015 Final Rule on risk-based capital by one year, from January 1, 2019 to January 1, 2020, and also make changes to the definition of a 'complex' credit union.
