NCUA Proposes to Rescind Unofficial Personnel Records System

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is proposing to rescind its Unofficial Personnel and Employee Development/ Correspondence Records system, NCUA-5, which covers records of NCUA employees to facilitate administrative activities. The move aims to increase compliance with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-108, Section 6, issued in December 2016.
