Federal Agencies Need OMB Approval to Collect Public Information
The Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 requires federal agencies to seek public comment before collecting information from the public, and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is seeking OMB approval for a new collection of information.
