NHTSA Corrects Delay of Effective Date for Early Warning Reporting Rule
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has corrected a rule that attempted to delay the effective date of its Early Warning Rule, originally set for August 20, 2014, to January 1, 2015, due to inadequate information provided in the July 28, 2014, rule.
