EPA and NHTSA Withdraw Heavy-Duty Engine and Vehicle Rule Due to Adverse Comments
The U.S. Department of Transportation is withdrawing certain elements of the 2013 Heavy-Duty Engine and Vehicle and Nonroad Technical Amendments rule due to adverse comments received from EPA and NHTSA.
