Federal Agencies Must Obtain OMB Approval for Public Information Collection

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is seeking renewed approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for its motor vehicle tire and rim labeling requirements, following a 60-day public comment period that began on December 1, 2011.
