NCUA Updates Supervisory Review Committee Policy Statement

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) has released a revised policy statement that combines two existing Interpretative Ruling and Policy Statements (IRPSs) and introduces denials of technical assistance grant reimbursements for certain appeals to the Supervisory Review Committee, replacing the previous IRPSs.
