Public Hearing to Determine if Transportation Collaborative, Inc. Met Notification and Remedy Requirements
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is holding a public hearing to determine if Transportation Collaborative, Inc. (TCI) has fulfilled its obligations under the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act to notify vehicle owners and dealers about safety defects in 15 recalls involving vehicles built by U.S. Bus, Inc.
