NHTSA Seeks Public Comment on Proposed LATCH System Messages

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is gathering feedback on proposed awareness messages to educate parents and caregivers about the proper use of the Lower Anchors and Tethers for Children (LATCH) system, in collaboration with child restraint and automobile manufacturers, and child passenger safety advocacy groups.
