Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards Deny Petition for Rulemaking

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has denied a petition submitted by C & J Technology Inc. to revise the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) for school bus rearview mirrors, following a test procedure submitted by Mr. Richard T. Ince.
