Insurer Reporting Requirements; List of Insurers Required To File Reports

The proposed revision to 49 CFR part 544 aims to update the list of passenger motor vehicle insurers required to file reports on motor vehicle theft loss experiences. Insurers currently listed in Appendices A, B, and C would need to submit three copies of their reports by October 25th of each year, starting from 2003.
