NHTSA Launches Discretionary Cooperative Agreement Program to Support Law Enforcement Pedestrian Safety

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is launching a program to provide funding to support law enforcement agencies in promoting pedestrian safety through demonstration projects, building on its existing guidebook and principles that emphasize the importance of visible enforcement, prevention of crashes, and community engagement.
