NHTSA Reopens Comment Period on Eligibility of 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution VIII LHD Cars for Importation
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has reopened the comment period on a petition to determine if 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution VIII left-hand drive passenger cars, which were not originally manufactured to meet all applicable Federal motor vehicle safety standards, are eligible for importation into the United States.
