NHTSA Review of Unfunded Mandates Reform Act Omission in TREAD Act Rule

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is assessing the applicability of the Unfunded Mandates Reform Act after it was inadvertently left out of the preamble of a recent rule related to the Transportation Recall Enhancement, Accountability, and Documentation (TREAD) Act.
