NHTSA Proposes Collection of Information on Foreign Safety Recalls and Campaigns

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to collect information on foreign safety recalls and campaigns related to potential defects, as mandated by the Transportation Recall Enhancement, Accountability, and Documentation (TREAD) Act.
