Schedule of Fees Authorized by 49 U.S.C. 30141

The U.S. government has adopted new fees for the registration of importers and the importation of motor vehicles, effective for Fiscal Year 2003 and until further notice. The fees, authorized by 49 U.S.C. 30141, include increased costs for maintaining the importer registration program and processing conformance bonds.
