NCUA Issues Final Rule on Consumer Financial Privacy for Joint Loan Relationships

The NCUA Board has finalized a rule requiring credit unions to provide separate notices to borrowers and guarantors when sharing nonpublic personal information with nonaffiliated third parties, except in certain exceptions.
