NHTSA Proposes Amendment to Vehicle Certification Regulations

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is proposing to update its regulations on vehicle certification labels for altered vehicles, requiring them to state compliance with all applicable Federal motor vehicle safety, bumper, and theft prevention standards.
