NHTSA Finalizes Rules for Coast Guard Officers to Access National Driver Register

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has adopted final rules allowing the Commandant of the United States Coast Guard to access the National Driver Register (NDR) for officers, chief warrant officers, and enlisted members of the Coast Guard and Reserve, as well as members of other uniformed services.
