NCUA Revises Regulations to Reflect Changes to Freedom of Information Act

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is updating its rules to align with recent changes to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) brought about by the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996 (E-FOIA), which went into effect in 1996.
