Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards Fees Scheduled for Fiscal Year 1997

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has adopted new fees for the registration of importers and the importation of motor vehicles not certified to meet Federal motor vehicle safety standards (FMVSS), effective for Fiscal Year 1997 and until further notice, as authorized by 49 U.S.C. 30141.
