The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is implementing two framework adjustments to the Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Fishery Management Plan and the Bluefish Fishery Management Plan, which will update the process for setting recreational management measures and accountability measures for these four species.
