Insurer Reporting Requirements; List of Insurers Required To File Reports

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) proposes to update the lists of passenger motor vehicle insurers required to file reports on motor vehicle theft loss experiences. These insurers must submit reports by October 25th of each year, starting from the 1992 calendar year, as long as they remain on the list.
