NHTSA and FHWA Redeploy Responsibility for Drug Offender Driver's License Suspension Law

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is taking over sole responsibility for administering the Drug Offender's Driver's License Suspension Law, which requires states to revoke or suspend driver's licenses for drug offenses, following the removal of the implementing regulation from Chapter II of 23 CFR.
