National Credit Union Administration Solicits Public Comment on Lending Regulations

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is seeking public comment on whether to change a rule prohibiting federally insured credit unions from offering incentive pay plans related to lending activities, and on other potential changes to its lending regulations.
