Under the Class II provisions of Title IV of the Federal Oil and Gas Royalty Management Act of 1982, the Bureau of Land Management received a petition for reinstatement of oil and gas lease NMNM 108040 from the lessees ABO Petro Corp., MYCO Industries, Inc., and OXY Y-1 Co., for lands in Chaves County, New Mexico.
