The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) announces the availability of an environmental assessment (EA) and its finding that possible wind energy-related leasing, right-of-way and right of use issuance, site assessment, and site characterization activities on the U.S. Pacific Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) offshore Oregon (the Proposed Action) will not significantly impact the human environment.
