The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a state implementation plan (SIP) revision formally submitted by the State of Maryland. This revision consists of the base year inventory for the Maryland portion of the Philadelphia-Wilmington-Atlantic City, PA-NJ- MD-DE marginal nonattainment area (Philadelphia Area) for the 2015 ozone national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS).
