The document announced a proposed collection of information that has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (the PRA). The document was published with an error. FDA, upon further review, realized that 3 comments had been submitted in response to the 60-day notice and the responses to those comments are included in this notice. This document corrects that error.
