The purpose of this action is to reduce unnecessary paperwork burdens on the fishing industry. NMFS determined that these requirements are no longer necessary. This action promotes the goals and objectives of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (Magnuson-Stevens Act) and other applicable laws.
