Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on December 3, 2010, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of Louis Vuitton Malletier S.A. of France and Louis Vuitton U.S. Manufacturing, Inc. of San Dimas, California. An amended complaint was filed on December 10, 2010. On December 16, 2010, complainants filed supplemental materials.
