On March 8, 2007, the Department published the preliminary results of the 2005-2006 administrative reviews of the antidumping duty orders on heavy forged hand tools, finished or unfinished, with or without handles, from the People's Republic of China (PRC). This review covers four classes or kinds: (1) Axes/Adzes; (2) Bars/Wedges; (3) Hammers/Sledges; and (4) Picks/Mattocks.
