The Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (DNFSB) is issuing a proposed rule that sets forth procedures that requesters would have to follow when making demands or requests to a DNFSB employee to produce official records or information or to provide testimony relating to official information in connection with a legal proceeding in which the DNFSB is not a party. This proposed rule establishes procedures to respond to such demands and requests in an orderly and consistent manner.
