The General Services Administration (GSA) is publishing policy guidance on Title VI's prohibition against national origin discrimination as it affects limited English proficient persons. GSA provides this policy guidance for its recipients of Federal financial assistance to ensure meaningful access to federally assisted programs and activities for persons with Limited English Proficiency (LEP).
