The Department of Commerce (``the Department'') is postponing the preliminary determinations in the antidumping duty investigations of structural steel beams from South Korea and Japan. These investigations cover nine manufacturers and exporters of the subject merchandise (two from South Korea and seven from Japan) during the period July 1, 1998 through June 30, 1999.
