Dynamic Random Access Memory Semiconductors of One Megabit or Above From the Republic of Korea: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Determination Not To Revoke the Order in Part

On June 8, 1998, the Department of Commerce (``the Department'') published the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on dynamic random access memory semiconductors of one megabit or above (``DRAMs'') from the Republic of Korea (``Korea''). The review covers two manufacturers/exporters of the subject merchandise to the United States and one reseller for the period May 1, 1997, through April 30, 1998. The two manufacturers/ exporters are Hyundai Electronics Industries, Co. (``Hyundai''), and LG Semicon Co., Ltd. (``LG''). The reseller is the G5 Corporation (``G5''). As a result of our analysis of the comments received, we have changed the results from those presented in our preliminary results of review.
