The Department of Commerce is extending the time limits of the preliminary results of the antidumping duty administrative review of the antidumping finding on roller chain, other than bicycle, from Japan, covering the period April 1, 1997, through March 31, 1998, since it is not practicable to complete the review within the time limits mandated by Section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (the Act), as amended.
