The NCUA intends to submit the following information collections to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13, 44 U.S.C. Chapter 35). This information collection was published for a sixty day comments period on September 27, 1999 and for a thirty days comments period on November 26, 1999. No comments were received. Shortly after publication of the thirty day notice, revisions to the information collection occurred. These revisions substantially lessened the amount of burden.
