Public Land Order No. 7292; Revocation of Secretarial Order Dated March 8, 1938; Arizona

Zusammenfassung

This order revokes a Secretarial order, in its entirety, as to the remaining 15 acres of public land withdrawn for use by the Federal Aviation Administration. The land is no longer needed for air navigation purposes. The revocation is needed to allow conveyance of the land to the city of Phoenix for airport purposes. The land is temporarily closed to surface entry and mining due to the pending conveyance. The land has been and will remain open to mineral leasing.
