Zusammenfassung

This order partially revokes a Secretarial order insofar as it affects 138.90 acres of lands withdrawn for the Bureau of Reclamation's American River Investigations. The lands are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were withdrawn and the revocation is necessary to consummate pending land exchanges. The lands are temporarily closed to surface entry and mining due to the pending land exchanges. The lands have been and will remain open to mineral leasing.
