This applicant notice is for private U.S. organizations requesting grant assistance for overseas institutions under Section 214 of the Foreign Assistance Act. ``Applicant'' refers to the United States founder or sponsor of the overseas institution. The Office of American Schools and Hospitals (ASHA) will accept applications for assistance in fiscal years 1997/1998, if received by ASHA on or before June 30, 1997.
