In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (Privacy Act), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing public notice of its intent to modify an existing system of records (system), NRC-21, ``Payroll Accounting Records--NRC,'' to add four new routine uses and update other sections of the system notice.
