The FAA is proposing to establish a Special Federal Aviation Regulation (SFAR) to preserve the natural quiet of Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP) from any potential adverse impact from aircraft- based sightseeing overflights. This NPRM discusses alternative methods to achieve this goal, and commenters are invited to address the alternatives.
