Zusammenfassung
Pursuant to its authority under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), EPA proposed container design requirements for refillable and nonrefillable pesticide containers, and procedures, standards and label language to facilitate removal of pesticides from containers prior to disposal and standards for pesticide containment structures (59 FR 6712, February 11, 1994). EPA is extending the public comment period for that proposed rule for 60 days, from May 12, 1994 to July 11, 1994.
