The Office of Fossil Energy of the Department of Energy gives notice that it has issued an order granting ARCO Products Company, Division of Atlantic Richfield Company, authorization to import up to 25 billion cubic feet of natural gas from Canada over a two-year term beginning on the date of first delivery after September 19, 1994.
