The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intend to assess the need for rules and regulations addressing implementation of certain provisions of the Central Valley Project Improvement Act (the Act). The Act applies to the Central Valley Project (CVP), California, and to the use and allocation of CVP water.
