NMFS announces that the South Atlantic Fishery Management Council (Council) intends to prepare SEISs to assess potential effects on the human environment from management changes for coral, rock shrimp, and king and Spanish mackerel. The Council intends to determine the scope of issues to be addressed in the SEISs and to identify the significant issues related to the management of these species. The public may participate in this process by submitting written comments.
