The Working Group on Intellectual Property Rights of the White House Information Infrastructure Task Force issued a preliminary draft of its report, ``Intellectual Property and the National Information Infrastructure,'' and solicited public comment. As announced in a previous notice regarding public comment on the preliminary report, published at 59 FR 35912 (July 14, 1994), the deadline for submission of written comments was September 7, 1994. Comments in reply to initial written comments were to be submitted no later than September 28, 1994. The deadline for submission of comments in reply to initial written comments is extended to October 21, 1994, to allow more time for the public to review the large number of initial comments submitted.
